Executive Search is our core service offering. With a proven Search methodology IRN Search and Selection is able to provide “best in market” individuals to our clients. Using our own market knowledge and industry leading IT capability to support our research function, as well as our own networks, we conduct thorough research and “market mapping” at the start of a search in order to gain a full understanding of where the best individuals will be found.
The second stage of our Search process is to discretely and professionally contact potential candidates for an initial discussion of our clients’ opportunity and their own current circumstances. Having identified candidates who could potentially be right for our clients needs, we then meet them face-to-face to go through their backgrounds and suitability for the position. Following the dissolution from a long-list to a short-list of candidates we would then conclude matters professionally with candidates who are not being put forward to our client.
The shortlist of suitable candidates is then presented to our clients and we would hope that interviews directly with the client would follow from this point. Once this interview process has started we continue to liaise with clients and candidates to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible and that all expectations, in terms of the recruiting process, are being met. The final stage of the process is to help in the management of the offer process to the successful candidate and to ensure that candidates from the shortlist who are not offered the position are dealt with openly, honestly and professionally.
